January 11-12 - Northeast Motorcycle Expo, Boston MA The Northeast Motorcycle Expo features bikes on 2, 3 and 4 wheels. This show has all the parts, bikes, leather, and fashions for motorcycle enthusiasts. Hundreds of vendors will be in attendance displaying bike accessories, fashions, parts, new models, etc. There is entertainment for kids big and small. Bikes that will make you scream, laugh, cry, and pray for a beautiful spring!

January 25 - Boston's Wounded Vet Run Cabin Fever Party! Annual cabin fever party to help promote the annual Boston's Wounded Vet Run. The purpose of this party is help fund a base for us to establish our April goal of helping the selected wounded war fighters. January 26 - Chili / Chowder Bowl 2014 Come and support Operation Gettysburg, a trip sending Melrose veterans to the Gettysburg Battlefield to honor the city's veteran history past and present. Scheduled between NFL playoff games, this event is great for people looking to start leaving their houses on Sundays! Melrose Memorial Hall 590 Main Street, Melrose, Massachusetts 02187 All proceeds directly support the fundraising effort sending veterans on this trip free of charge. 15 volunteers from the Melrose Veterans Memorial Middle School have raised more than $2000 to date and are looking to hit their ambitious mark of $10000. Additionally, this year's group will upgrade monuments in the city honoring the Civil War. Previous "Operation Trips" sent Melrose veterans to the WWII Memorial and the Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC. This year's event plans to make stops at the Liberty Bell in Philly and the September 11, 2001 Memorial in NYC. For $10, you will get access to more than a dozen chowders or chili donated by local organizations.
