We posted Robert's pic he shared to Facebook to our own page and he commented on the photo with this awesome explanation of his experience, not only with the lift, but with the service he received from us.

"Just so everyone understands what im basing this comment/review on. I was a full time powersports mechanic from 2006 - 2015. This lift is comparable to any lift you'll find at your local dealer, at a price point your DIY enthusiast can handle.

I have yet to find something it can't lift ( Handles Honda Goldwing 1800s no problem) the rear tire drop out makes quick work of tires and fork seals (bike obviously loaded backwards) the rim clamp is rugged and rubber lined so your not scratching your rims. The side extensions add 2 feet of of width allowing you to work on ATVs and snowmobiles easily. NO MORE WORKING ON THE GROUND!!

What if I have any issues you ask? Your new lift comes with a warranty, and the guys and gals at NH Pro Equipment are awesome at responding back to you, and in my opinion go above and beyond trying to satisfy and rectify any issue. couldn't be happier and plan on buying a second lift sometime this year"

"I was opening my own shop and called about a Phoenix Tire Machine and Phoenix Balancer. Both machines combined were less than 1/2 of the competitors prices! I’ve have had the machines for 6 months now with daily use and haven’t had any problems with them at all! While I was there I also purchased a small mig,tig & stick welder which had paid for its self over and over. Michael purchased the 1535A/2950A combo set tire changer wheel balancer, along with a wheel weight kit. We have packaged our tire equipment sets to come with wheel weight kits or without. Phoenix PWB1535A Wheel Balancer is a 110v 60 hz motorized digital wheel balancer with auto entry for distance and diameter setting. It is capable of balancing of steel and aluminum wheels as well as motorcycle wheels with optional adapter. 3 Aluminum Modes allow weight placement to avoid interference with brake and steering parts. The tire changer includes a helper arm, plastic duckhead for work on fragile wheels, all-metal metal air valving. Also comes with reservoir for rubber lubricant and adjustable duck head, bead blaster, and precise inflate / deflate air gauge and hose.

We are happy to announce that our new building is now up and running! This building will be a display shop, showcasing all of our equipment, so the public can come in and see exactly what we have in a bright and visually appealing setting! Right now we are in the process of moving equipment into the building and it will be some time before it's all on display, but we welcome the public to stop by and have a look around! Thanks for sharing these photos with us and our blog readers! Ken tells us he will use the lift for "my dresser, my 4 wheeler, snow blower, lawn mower, etc." He also shares some info with Amy, our non-biker Web Manager, explaining a dresser: "A dresser is any Harley touring bike that has hard saddle bags, a front fairing, and a trunk on the back. Also called a bagger. My bike (the one in the picture is called Harley Davidson FLHRU, Road Glide Ultra, It’s a 2013. This is my 19th bike since I was 11 years old, which I won at the age of 11. It was a Harley M60 moped. I am 59 now."

We love hearing our customers share their vehicle photos with us - and we also love to learn about what vehicles they are using their lift for. In Ken's case, he can use this lift year round, from mowers in the spring summer, snowblowers in the winter, and dresser and 4 wheeler for the months that are not snowing, as well. Getting such good use out of the lift is such great feedback to hear for us. We like to know the lift is not only being put to use, but being put to heavy-duty constant use, and that it still holds up well. This is our goal for our customers. Thanks to Pat W., in Powell, Wyoming for the great review of the Phoenix tire changer with helper arm (PWC 2950A)  / wheel balancer (PWB1530) combo.

Pat ordered the set that includes the helper arm (2950A) for the tire changer. The helper/assist arm is beneficial for the mechanice working on performance tires, run flat, and stiff side wall tires that require heavy force and extra hands. We do sell it separately, but it's definitely helpful to order it with the machine for convenience, if you can predict that you will need it down the road! We also offer a model of tire changer (PWC2950) that does not include the helper arm, but it is fitted for one, so you can add one at any time!

"So far the machines are working great, no issues with either one. I have done just a few sets of tires so far and I'm really happy with the machines performance. I've have never used these types of machines in the past but find them very easy to operate."

We had an email query from a customer asking how to connect his wheel dolly to the PRO 1200 Motorcycle Lift. Here is the response we sent to him: On the back of your lift where the pull out for the rear tire is there is an orange or red stud (depending on table color) hanging down about 3/8" diameter and 3" long. The loading ramp must be removed to see it. It is to the right of center at the very back edge of the the lift table.

The lift must be in the down position for the wheel dolly to engage the pin. There is a hole in the stem of the wheel dolly, the stem is between the wheels on the dolly. Align the hole so the pin on the lift table fits through the hole on the dolly. Pull the handle on the wheel dolly towards you and prop the lift up to allow rolling on the front wheels of the lift table and on the dolly wheels.
