Harley Davidson Sportster Maintenance on the PRO 1200 Motorcycle Lift

Traverse Harley Davidson Sportster repair carburetorTraverse in Syracuse, NY, bought his PRO 1200 motorcycle lift in February and he's generously shared a couple pics with us since then. The first pic showed his lift newly-recessed into the concrete floor! Today's pic is of a 2006 Harley-Davidson Sportster getting some work done on the lift table. He says, "Stage one: Carb air cleaner and 2-1 exhaust on an '06 883R." We look forward to checking out Stage 2, Traverse! Thanks for sharing!

Motorcycle Lift Packaging and Shipping Review from Jon

Our customer, Jon, commented on another post of ours about our shipping process. It's always great to hear from customers about the products and service they've received from us. It helps us to strive to be better when we receive feedback, good or bad! It's especially nice and helpful for us to hear about the shipping process and how that is handled; from our paperwork and communication with the customer regarding scheduling, right down to the shipping carriers and the delivery itself. We want to thank him for taking the time to give his feedback about this part of the buying process! We're glad to hear the carrier was impressed, too! And, yes, we do include a photo of the shipment when it leaves our shop, as we believe having this documentation in place verifies the shipment condition in case there are any other issues en route that might need to be addressed.

He says, "I’ve never taken a photo of an item I purchased upon arrival before. The carrier and I stood over this NHPro shipment and were amazed how well it was packed up. It even had a photo of the shipment on the top box showing how it looked when it left NHPro. This is an example of the personal treatment you get from these guys. I got the Elevator 2000 with pretty much the works. I grin every time I use it two years later."

2013 Harley Davidson FLHRU, Road Glide Ultra on the PRO 1200 Motorcycle Lift

Thanks to Ken in Colorado for these great pics he took of his bike on the PRO 1200SEMAX ATV Motorcycle Lift...We are so glad you are enjoying the lift! Thanks for sharing these photos with us and our blog readers! Ken tells us he will use the lift for "my dresser, my 4 wheeler, snow blower, lawn mower, etc." He also shares some info with Amy, our non-biker Web Manager, explaining a dresser: "A dresser is any Harley touring bike that has hard saddle bags, a front fairing, and a trunk on the back. Also called a bagger. My bike (the one in the picture is called Harley Davidson FLHRU, Road Glide Ultra, It’s a 2013. This is my 19th bike since I was 11 years old, which I won at the age of 11. It was a Harley M60 moped. I am 59 now."

We love hearing our customers share their vehicle photos with us - and we also love to learn about what vehicles they are using their lift for. In Ken's case, he can use this lift year round, from mowers in the spring summer, snowblowers in the winter, and dresser and 4 wheeler for the months that are not snowing, as well. Getting such good use out of the lift is such great feedback to hear for us. We like to know the lift is not only being put to use, but being put to heavy-duty constant use, and that it still holds up well. This is our goal for our customers. Thanks to Ken for the photos and comments!

The extra long pro 2500 ramps make loading a bike by yourself simple.

While holding the front handlebars of the bike,
secure the wheel vise tightly.

Next, attach one of your straps to the lift
and then to the soft straps on the bike. Tighten the strap until there is tension.

Then repeat on the other side, making sure the straps are even, and the bike remains level.
Tighten the straps enough to slightly compress the front forks of the bike.

Your bike is now secure on the lift.

It's great to hear from customers after a few years have gone by....

Thanks to Robert in Chicago for an Awesome Review of the PRO 1200 Motorcycle Lift!

Thanks to Robert in Chicago for such an awesome review of the PRO 1200 Motorcycle Lift. We're so glad you are enjoying the lift & we're grateful for your feedback! "Ordered the PRO 1200 MAX Package from Clark on Monday evening, shipped Tuesday and by 10:00am Thursday it was delivered to Chicago! The lift is very good quality and has exceeded my expectations in strength and durability. I would highly recommend this lift package to anyone who is looking for a motorcycle lift. I lifted my Street Glide on the lift after setting up and their was no bow in the table, the lift went up smoothly without struggle and went down just as smooth. I want to thank Clark for the SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HE PROVIDED! From start to finish, Clark sent updates on shipping, tracking information, estimated arrival time and followed up to make sure the lift was delivered as promised. Thank you for providing a quality product and a smooth stress-free transaction!"
